3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide clear photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Send the product back to the provided return address

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5–10 business days

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for personal reasons, the customer may need to bear the shipping cost

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery
